This document presents policies, working conditions and behavioral expectations, which employees must recognize and accept for the correct fulfillment of the services offered and create a safe, healthy and productive environment for all employees.
1) When work is performed outside the State of New Jersey or the employee's state of residence.
If the employee requests to return home within four weeks, the employee is responsible for purchasing his or her airline ticket. If the employee has been away for 4 consecutive weeks or if the job ends before 4 weeks, WRAPAPER will be responsible for the cost of airfare to their residence destination and back to the next assigned location when the leave ends.
2) When working out of town the company will pay for motel rooms any charges that are due to
damages in the room that you stayed in you are responsible for those charges and they will be
deducted from your check. If you are sharing a room and both parties do not agree to the fault
and neither party reported issues to the company, you will both split the damage cost and it will be held out of each employee’s paycheck.
3) Employees will be allotted up to $25.00 per day for meals while out of town.
4) If an employee does not show that will be considered a no show at the point if the employee is able to be reached by the end of day, they will sign a warning that if it happens again that will be the same as voluntarily terminating their job. If the employee is not able to be reached at all that day, they are terminating their employment immediately.
5) Under no exception will the employee be allowed to use drugs and/or alcohol during working hours or in a company vehicle or on the job site. No smoking on any job site.
6) Remember every location may have cameras so you may be reported by a job site for inappropriate behavior.
7) Arrive at the job site on time. If you will be absent you need to call in 30 minutes prior to start time.
8) Dress appropriately if the site requires boots and long pants you must comply.
9) Tools: you are responsible for the tools you use. Put away tools at the end of the day. No tools are to be left when you leave the job site. If you are not taking care of the tools you are using, or they are stolen from being left out you will be responsible for replacement.
10) Company vehicle: you are responsible for taking care of trash if you are driving a company
vehicle, please treat it with respect. If you receive a traffic violation for example speeding or any other violation in a company vehicle you are responsible for paying that fine along with any court cost associated with it.
11) Measurements: always measure first before you start installation for accuracy and to
prevent any application installation that was not produced correctly so when required it can be
returned.
12) Photos:
a) When arriving at a job site, take a picture of the work area and again before you leave
so there is no discrepancy of what the site was left like.
b) Send any photo that is necessary to the job including damages to a job whether it is a
trailer, building, or any type of installation job you are doing to note it correctly.
c) Make sure all requested photos are uploaded to Smartsheet to the correct location.
13) If there is an application WRAPAPER is using please download the application required by the administrator.
14) Respect: It is essential that employees respect each other equally (regardless of being a supervisor or employee of greater or lesser knowledge). If someone is disrespected by another employee or supervisor, do not remain silent and report it to human resources.
15) Always listen to the customer and do what is asked from them.
16) Do not make any decisions without authorization from the supervisor on that job site if he is unavailable to get approval from Luis Lopez.
17) Each employee will be assigned a company debit card for food and gas expenses when working outside of the State of New Jersey or the employee's State of residence.
18) It is prohibited to create unions with company employees.
19) It is prohibited to join WhatsApp groups with other employees other than the company's exclusive community.
20) Salary is private, it is prohibited to reveal your salary to other employees or answer questions related to your salary.
